Two ways to structure the engagement. Same work either way. The difference is how the build-out is paid and how long the contract runs. Choose what fits your cash flow and how long you want SAINT operating alongside you.

PATH A · SPRINT

Six-month sprint.

Build-out paid at signature. Lower total cost. The decision conversation happens at month 6 once the system has produced its first round of signal.

BEST FOR Practices that can absorb the upfront and want speed. Faster ROI. Decision point lands at month 6.
On Path B and early cancellation. The $4,639 monthly payment includes a distributed build-out installment of $1,139/mo. If the contract is cancelled before completion, the structure reverts to Path A pricing: the remaining build-out becomes due ($10,250 minus installments already paid), and retainer is owed through the cancellation month. No additional penalty applies. Path B is a payment courtesy that earns its full value only on contract completion.

Costs that aren't us.

In addition to SAINT fees, the engagement involves direct ad spend (paid to Google and Meta with no markup) and a handful of platform subscriptions (paid to vendors directly). Listed below so nothing surprises.

Every engagement has an honest conversation about what comes next. SAINT does not depend on lock-in to survive. Three real paths forward, chosen together.

PATH 01

Continue full-service.

$3,500 / month

Same intensity. Typical when new acquisition work keeps emerging: a new offer, a new referral channel, a second specialty. The system keeps expanding.

PATH 02

Quarterly check-in retainer.

$2,500 / quarter · up to 8 hours

Systems are built and running. Rachel owns daily operations. SAINT provides quarterly strategic review, optimization recommendations, and up to 8 hours of focused work per quarter.

PATH 03

Full handoff.

No further fees

You own every account, asset, document, and system already. SAINT documents everything, transfers admin access fully, and exits cleanly. Optional day-rate availability for future project work.

The contract length is a minimum, not an endpoint. At the end of the contract (month 6 on Path A, month 9 on Path B), we review everything together. You can continue at the same retainer terms, choose one of the three paths above, or end the engagement clean. Path B's contract length is intentionally aligned with where the longer-term strategic conversation naturally lands, once the system has produced compounding signal.

What this looks like, from both sides.

Both sides hold up specific things. Naming them upfront keeps the relationship clean.

SAINT brings:

  • Meeting the practice where it is. EHR, scheduling, billing, phone numbers, review history, and team habits stay in place unless something is actively costing you.
  • You own every account. Ad accounts, analytics, domain, portal subscription, content libraries all live in your name. We hold admin access, not ownership.
  • No markup on ad spend. Billed directly to you by Google and Meta.
  • Written scope changes require written quotes, agreed in advance.
  • Published 24-hour SLA on attorney portal requests once the portal is live.
  • Monthly dashboard with real attribution. Leads, sources, conversions, revenue impact.
  • Direct honesty about what's working and what isn't, always ahead of the next invoice.

Mississippi Chiropractic brings:

  • Attorney outreach meetings in weeks 3–8. SAINT produces every outreach asset and prep brief. You attend the meetings.
  • 10–15 minutes per week on camera for short-form video. Phone quality is fine; authenticity outperforms production.
  • Fast response to LSA leads. Slow response degrades ranking and this is the one thing only you can do.
  • Front-desk review solicitation on every PI visit.
  • Rachel logs each new attorney referral in the portal within 24 hours of first contact.
  • HIPAA consent from any patient featured in content.
  • Quarterly in-person attorney check-in coffee: three visits over six months, roughly two hours of total time.
